To keep your gi in top condition and extend its life, follow these simple care tips:

• Wash after every training session to prevent odor and bacteria buildup.
• Use cold water (preferred) or lukewarm water. Avoid hot water, which can shrink the fabric.
• Air dry whenever possible. If you use a dryer, tumble dry on low heat only.
• Avoid bleach and fabric softeners as they weaken fibers and damage colors/patches.
• Turn the gi inside out before washing to help preserve patches and embroidery.
• For odor control, add a small amount of white vinegar or baking soda to the wash occasionally.
• Store only when completely dry to prevent mildew.
• Wash your belt regularly as it collects sweat and bacteria.
